Only Winners of District Competitions will compete for Region Title

NOTE: Newsletters sent via the Internet or e-mail are acceptable as long as they are exact copies of those that are sent (mailed) via USPS, or handed out at the monthly meeting (if that be the case). Not everyone has a computer, but everyone does receive the US Mail. Remember, the sole purpose of publishing a newsletter is to communicate and keep your membership involved.
